These delivery terms apply to orders accepted by this website for eligible destinations. Free shipping, charges, and destination restrictions depend on the checkout details, products, and available carrier services.

A correct mailing address, reachable email address, and telephone number are needed for shipment. We provide tracking details when available; tracking events can appear later than the actual carrier handoff.

Send the order number, checkout email, and tracking reference if delivery is delayed or a package appears lost. For a delivered-but-missing parcel, check nearby delivery spots and household members, then contact us; report damage with photos or video and retain the packaging.

Normal order processing takes about 1–2 business days before shipment. The estimated transit period is 3–5 business days, separate from order processing; delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
