When should I expect delivery? We normally process orders in approximately 1–2 business days; estimated shipping transit is 3–5 business days after processing. Do I get free delivery? Checkout confirms whether shipping is free and any charges; the stated times are estimates, not promises.

What if I chose the wrong item? Both faulty and non-faulty new merchandise may be returned, and we also accept exchange requests. Changed preferences, an unwanted purchase, and an item selected in error are covered reasons for non-defective returns. The request period lasts 30 days from the date the goods are delivered. Keep eligible merchandise new and unused, in its original condition, and retain the original package, tags, and accompanying accessories.

What is the return procedure? Use the complimentary return label supplied inside your package for a mail return, and wait for authorization before posting anything. We do not charge a restocking fee; exchange fulfillment is subject to actual inventory.

What should I do about a faulty item? Contact us about broken or faulty goods, incorrect items, missing components, or items materially unlike their description. Give us the order reference, email used at checkout, and details of the request, with product and packaging photos or video for damage, faults, incorrect items, or missing pieces. Within 10 days of approval, we process the refund back to the payment method originally used.
